I see a little girls room that is cluttered with trophies, ribbons and prizes from pageants. Her room has a Cinderella theme. By the look of this photo I can guess this girl has a pretty good life and her parents are wealthy. This photo tells the story of a young girl who competes in beauty pageants. Jasmine, 4 has participated in many pageants and lives with her parents in a large house. This photo speaks to us because it shows someone that is very lucky to have such a good life. It also shows us that we have to remember the children on the other side of the world that are sleeping outside on a mattress. This photo could change the world by showing people how spoiled someone is. It might want to make people think more about the poor people all around the world.
This one really makes you think, you're right. These kids who seem so spoiled compared to some kids who don't even have a home. You found the meaning of this picture. Good job.
ReplyDeleteThis girl is spoiled. It is not fair that she lives like a princess. It looks like she is plastic and not real.
ReplyDeleteI agree because my first reaction to this picture was that she seemed really rich and spoiled. I also thought that this picture stood out against all the other ones where the people weren't in situations as great as hers. I also agree that this could make people realize how spoiled they can be and not take everything for granted.
ReplyDeleteI think that she is only smiling for the camera. She really isn't happy. She just wants to look good, just like in pageants.
ReplyDeleteI agree with what you said in the post. When i first saw it and I could tell that she had a lot of things and opportunities that other might not be able to have. I didn't really think that she was really wealthy until you mentioned it. Now that I think about it, I now think that it looks like she is,
